  • We’ll explore the 10 pillars of the Intuitive Eating evidenced-based framework to help you shift your relationship with food & your body towards more ownership, peace & exhale.

  • Everybody is different & every BODY is different. We’ll explore the unique needs of your body to support your energy, movement, gut health & immunity.

  • We’ll use a variety of frameworks, approaches & strategies to shift the relationship you have with your body – away from discomfort, guilt & shame, towards gratitude, acceptance, and neutrality.

  • We’ll use the framework of mindful self-compassion to inform our work, offering a salve for the discomfort & vulnerability that arises with transformation & reclamation.

  • Who are you? What are you here for? If your body is a vessel to help you move mountains… what mountains do you want to move? We’ll explore the many ways you are more than your body.

  • We’ll explore and debunk the myths of perfectionism, allowing you to exit the hamster wheel, work for progress & rewrite your own rules.

  • Your relationship with food & your body is not actually about food & your body. It is about the rules & beliefs you have been taught that have informed your mindset. We’ll systematically unwire these and rewire new ones that serve you.

  • You were not born to be small, quiet & accommodating as possible. It’s time to own your power, celebrate your inherent worthiness and intake up space.

One-on-one coaching is a great fit if you:

  • Are looking for a more individualized approach to your care and receive coaching that is very specific to your needs, story & circumstances.

  • Are someone who benefits from high-touch accountability.

  • Are looking to address specific and more complicated physiological healing & support (ie. gut health, chronic disease management, autoimmune support, etc.)

  • Need more flexibility in scheduling sessions. (Group sessions are held at the same day/time every month.)
