Hi, I’m Andrea.
I struggled with my relationship with my body, and therefore, food & exercise, for the first 22 years of my life. I wasn’t diagnosed with an eating disorder, but looking back… I should have been. I spent years chasing smaller, perfect, worthy – believing more control would bring more peace. Spoiler: It didn’t.
What I eventually learned (and now teach) is that freedom isn’t found in more rules. It’s found in alignment. And your body is where that begins.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve helped thousands of high-achieving, deeply feeling humans, aka SoftRebels™, rebuild trust with their bodies, repair their relationship with food, and create sustainable rhythms for nourishment, rest, and leadership.
My approach is equal parts science & soul, evidence-based and deeply human. I blend nutrition science, behavior psychology, and nervous system research with deep compassion and real-life strategy.

Yes — I frequently work with individuals in recovery or in the “gray zone” between chronic dieting and diagnosed eating disorders.
I do not work with humans who are actively navigating an eating disorder or with a recent diagnosis.
If you need higher-level care, I’m happy to collaborate with your treatment team or refer you to a specialized clinician.

To be of highest service to all my clients, both here at Bold Body Peace and over at The Bold Life Design, I keep a small handful of clients (10-12 people) on each census.
